Researchers have created a transgenic zebrafish with skin that fluoresces in thousands of colours — enabling them to track the behaviour of hundreds of individual cells in real time and to see what happens to skin when it is wounded.
PhD student Carlha Gutierrez attended to the International FishMed Conference on Zebrafish Research held on 18-19 March 2016 at the International Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology in Warsaw (Poland). She presented a poster entitled: Toxicity of a neutral nanoemulsion for anticancer gene therapy in a zebrafish model.
